Return & Warranty & Cancellation policy

The following policies apply only to products purchased on the Haipo official website. For products purchased through other channels, please contact the respective purchasing channel for returns. If you have any questions, please contact our email.

 

Cancel Order

You are eligible for a no-questions asked full refund on any order placed at Haipo Store up to the date it’s shipped to you. 

If you need to modify your order information before the shipment, please send an email from the email address you used when making the purchase to our email or contact customer service directly.

Product Return

We offer a 7-day no questions asked return policy from the day you receive the mouse, provided that the product is in its original packaging and in good condition. Return shipping fees are not included.

Non-returnable items:

Products with damaged original packaging or damaged products.

Product Defect on Arrival

If you receive a defective product or the product is severely damaged during shipping, please send us an email with package pictures, product pictures, order number, and a description of the product's condition. We will replace the product for you.

Product Warranty

All our products come with a one-year warranty. Within this period, if there are any issues with the product, we will replace parts or provide original factory repairs. In cases of product defects, we will replace the product for you. We prefer to replace parts or products for you to enhance your experience with our products rather than offering direct refunds. However, if you encounter product defects or are unsatisfied with the solution, we may also approve refunds, even if it is slightly over 7 days since you received the item. Please note that artificial damage is not covered under our warranty policy.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned items, we will notify you via email that we have received the goods and inform you if your refund application is approved. If the product has any apparent irreversible damage, we will deduct a certain depreciation or repair fee from your refund. Once your refund is approved, we generally process the refund back to your original payment method within 3 working days.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
