After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming your order details and linking to your order details page. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
If your item is in stock, we will ship it within one business day. The delivery time will depend on your destination and the chosen shipping method. If your order is temporarily out of stock, you can find estimated shipping and arrival times at the checkout page. If you purchase multiple products at the same time, the shipping time will be based on the latest order estimate. All estimated times are based on business days.

Free Shipping Eligibility
All free shipping policies are based on orders purchased at the Haipo store. Any changes to the free shipping policy will be notified separately.
Shipping Methods
Most of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in California, USA. Depending on your shipping destination, delivery times may vary, and different carriers may be used. Typically, orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We offer the following shipping methods: Free Shipping / Economy: 5-10 business days, Express: 2-4 business days.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If the carrier is unable to deliver the package, they will store it at the warehouse for pickup and notify you via email or a physical notice. You can contact DHL/UPS to modify your delivery address and set up a new delivery appointment.
Undelivered Packages
When undelivered packages are returned to us by the carrier, we will contact the customer to address the issue and confirm a new shipment. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued, excluding shipping fees. Please ensure that your address information is correct before confirming your order and/or notifying the recipient.

Can I Change my Shipping Address?
Your order is automatically prepared by our warehouse for shipping, but it will only be shipped on the next "shipping day." You can still modify or cancel your shipment before the next shipping day.
